EXTRA ADORATION OPPORTUNITIES
Our parish family will be continuing to focus on the Incarnation, which is the Mystery and mercy of God-Become-Man, and how He is really, truly, and substantially present with us today in the Eucharist.
Extra Adoration Time will continue on Tuesdays in St. Anthony Chapel:
from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Although we might look upon the bread and wine of the Eucharist as mere symbols or representations of Jesus, we Catholics have always known that our Amazing God is really, truly, and substantially present to us, as much as He was 2000 years ago! In Adoration of Jesus, whether at Mass or during Eucharistic Adoration, you personally have the singular, unparalleled privilege of being in Christ’s Presence. Some people hesitate to go to Adoration because they don’t know how to “fill” a silent hour of prayer and contemplation. But be not afraid! Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament is less about what YOU do and more about what JESUS wants to do for you, about how He wants to reveal Himself and to offer His love and mercy to you.
