If you haven’t seen the new TV series The Chosen, you’re really missing an amazing opportunity to encounter Jesus in a marvelously unique way! It’s an incredible series that has been viewed now by over 212 MILLION people worldwide!
"The Chosen" is a television drama based on the life of Jesus of Nazareth, It is the first multi season series about the life of Jesus, and season one was the highest crowd-funded TV series or film project of all time. The series' creators stated that they had hoped to distinguish the new series from previous portrayals of Jesus by crafting a multi-season, episode based story. The series portrays Jesus "through the eyes of those who met him".
We will be watching the first six episodes together and gathering in small faith groups for a short discussion afterwards. Refreshments will be provided as well.
Movie nights will be on the following Monday evenings from 6 to 7:30 PM: July 19th and 26th, August 2nd, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.
